1. Surface finish

Electroplating of plastic products requires relatively high mold surface accuracy. The surface must not have scratches, welding treatments and trachoma. The surface of the product needs to be bright and the wear resistance of the mold surface must be improved. If the surface of the mold is not smooth and clean during production, it must be polished in time, otherwise it will affect the effect of product electroplating.

2. Oil stains

If the product has oil stains during electroplating, the adhesion effect of electroplating will be bad. Before the product is electroplated, the electroplating manufacturer will use alcohol wiping, white electric oil cleaning, bubble cleaning and other pre-treatment degreasing processes on the product, but it is difficult to ensure that the product is free of oil stains, so try not to use degreasing when we produce Molding agent and avoiding mold oil stains are particularly important.

3. Packaging

Cosmetic injection electroplating products will be individually packaged during production to avoid scratches and hidden dangers for follow-up work. The electroplated plastic parts are almost the final products, and they will be boxed and shipped directly after the molding processing plant passes the inspection.
